1.Welcome to HMC Election Portal 2025, this is an interactive voting platform developed by SWC IIT Guwahati.

2.Make sure you are using Incognito Mode in your browser. It is recommended to use Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge), for Voting.

3.Login using your outlook credentials, you will be redirected to the candidates page where you can find the candidates from your hostel.

4.The candidate’s images along with their names will be displayed in the screen, you can read their agenda using See Agenda button.

5.You can navigate between different positions using the Sidebar Tabs or by the buttons at the bottom of page.

6.In mobile devices, you can use the Hamburger icon to navigate through different positions.

7.After Voting you will be redirected to the Confirmation page. There you can edit your choices and review them once. You need to Submit Votes to finally submit your vote. Once voted you can not vote again.
